Real estate used to be a people business, however, practitioners started to focus on the numbers. Transactions, Volume, Awards, and egos dominated the real estate scene and are still rampant in today’s industry. Consumers had several choices of national franchise brokers, but very few local options. Maxsell was created in 2005.
The Solution
Maxsell Real Estate focused on building communities by serving people. Creating expertise in residential resales, new homes, office, industrial, retail, and land sales allowed Maxsell to serve the desire for Live, Work, Play environments. Leveraging new technologies to create a paperless back office, the small brokerage was also an industry innovator. Maxsell was acquired by Century 21 in 2013.
