I don’t like text messages. Here are my reasons:
1. They interrupt abruptly.
2. They imply urgency without always being urgent.
3. They require all numbers to be synced with a contact on my phone to ensure relevance.

I don’t want just every random person who needs to contact me to do any or all of the 3 problems above. *I do enjoy texts from a select chosen group of people (family, close friends, coworkers, & active clients).
